Alrowad’s US visit: Blockchain and machine learning use cases to benefit government authorities and private sectors

A delegation from Alrowad IT Solutions, headed by the Chief Executive visited Massachusetts in the US to learn more about the latest disruptive technologies. The state has been chosen as it hosts Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) that organizes several IT and biotechnology summits, the leading city of Boston for innovation and entrepreneurship and Cambridge city, the hometown for Harvard University as well as the research and environmental sustainability investments.

The delegation attended a number of conferences, including the Blockchain Conference, which identified the policy platforms where Business and Government leaders can leverage from Blockchain and its impact on organizations and economies, and how governments can reap the maximum benefits blockchain has to offer.

The visit comes in time to support the UAE’s strategy to use blockchain for half of government transactions by 2021.

The delegation also visited the headquarters of Data Robots to learn more about the use cases of the automated machine learning platform for accurate predictive modeling. Alrowad IT and Data Robots had signed an agreement last May.
