Alrowad IT Solutions and ANGEIE state agency signed an agreement for the development of solutions and systems for the digital transformation of several government sectors in Guinea.
The agreement covers collaboration in providing solutions and implementation and as well guiding the agency and Guinea government in the areas of e-Government, education, training and skill development, natural resources and mining, agriculture, fishery and farming, healthcare, judicial and law enforcement, municipality solutions and revenue management as well as ICT Infrastructure solutions including National Data Center and nation-wide fiber network operations.
Patrick Osta, Chief Executive of Alrowad signed the agreement with Mr. Mory Camara – Director General of ANGEIE in the presence of HE Ibrahima kassory fofana, Prime Minster of the Republic of Guinea. The Prime Minister commended the agreement and UAE’s successes in the technology progress and digital transformation and the models of partnerships, Prior to this position, he was, since February 2014, State Minister for investment and public-private partnerships (PPP).
ANGEIE is the agency responsible for the government digital transformation and ICT initiatives for the Government of Guinea. The agency works directly under Prime Minister’s office. Mr. Kamara expressed his enthusiasm to benefit from the expertise of Alrowad and the technical systems that it operates for various government agencies in favor of digital transformation operations in Guinea.
Alrowad thanked the Prime Minister for his confidence and commended the efforts of ANGEIE to spearhead digital transformation in Africa.
